Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 3 dates, pitted and quartered
  • 1 cup of ice or as needed

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. If its too thick, add an ice cube or two.
